Objectives: The predictive value of some preoperative inflammatory markers for postoperative infective complications in urinary system stone disease has been demonstrated. We investigated how valuable the systemic immune-inflammation index (SII) is as a marker development response syndrome (SIRS) patients undergoing ureteroscopy. Methods: data 495 who met study criteria were evaluated retrospectively. divided into groups according to whether they developed SIRS postoperatively or not. clinical and demographic patient well blood parameters evaluated. Age, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, culture positivity, SII, neutrophil-lymphocyte ratio (NLR), lymphocyte-monocyte (LMR) platelet-lymphocyte (PLR) found be significant SIRS. When areas under curve measured ROC analysis, it seen that NLR, LMR PLR had high values (area 0.73, 0.76, 0.72 0.67, respectively).
